Sales Order Standard
Terms and Conditions
Requests for cancellation must be in writing and if granted, Nexxspan reserves the right to charge for the cost of materials already procured for the order.
Pricing – Price stated includes all taxes except state or
local sales or use tax or similar taxes which Seller is required by law to
collect from Buyer. Such taxes, if any, shall be separately stated in Seller’s
invoice and paid by Buyer. If
Buyer is exempt from any taxes, Buyer shall furnish to Seller an appropriate
tax exemption certificate. Shipping, delivery and installation charges are not included in prices.
Terms of Payment - Net 30 Days.
Invoicing Terms-
1. Rail and
Accessories are invoiced in full upon shipment.
2. Headwall products
(Pre-manufactured Assemblies)are typically shipped in two phases, rough-ins
and final assemblies. A 30% deposit is collected with PO;30% of the order total will be invoiced upon shipment of
the rough-ins and the balance of
order will be invoiced upon shipment of the final assemblies.
3. IV Transfer orders require a 35% non-refundable deposit with PO.
Nexxspan Healthcare, LLC, must agree in writing to invoice terms
changes.
Changes – Seller will accept no changes to a purchase order unless
authorized in writing by Buyer and acknowledged by Seller. Buyer accepts that
changes may result in an adjustment of price and/or delivery schedule.
Delivery – Goods shall be shipped F.O.B Point of Delivery, Norcross,
Ga.
Shipping and delivery charges shall be billed to the buyer upon
shipment of product.
Quotation – A quotation expiration date is included on quote. Standard lead-time for rails and accessories is 5-6 weeks from order receipt. Small quantities can ship sooner. The lead-time for Pre-Manufactured Assemblies (Headwalls) is quoted upon request but is typically 12-14 weeks from approval of final submittal, PO receipt and deposit receipt. Please note: Depending on the quantity of units being ordered this lead-time may be longer. The
lead-time for IV Transfer System (TAD) Assemblies is quoted upon request but is
typically 12-14 weeks from approval of final submittal, PO receipt and
deposit receipt. Please note: Depending on the quantity of units being ordered this lead-time may be longer.

Returns – No product can be returned without a Return
Authorization from Nexxspan Healthcare, LLC. If a product is returned without a return authorization it may be discarded. Product must be returned within 120 days of shipment. Nexxspan reserves the right to not to accept returns.
1. Returnable
Items: Rail and Accessories returns are
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return freight. All returns are
subject to Incoming Inspection. Custom items or items bought in
quantities of more than 25 units may not be returnable. These will be
reviewed and approved at the time of the request.
2. Not
Returnable: Custom Accessories, IV Transfer System and Pre-Manufactured Assemblies (Headwall) are project specific and
therefore are not returnable. Medical gas hoses,medical
gas blocks and custom accessories are not returnable.
Cancellations – Standard rails and accessories product orders can be
cancelled anytime prior to shipment.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once a PO is acknowledged.
Custom
items include but are not limited to gas blocks, hoses and special cut rail.
After shipment the above stated return policy applies. Manufactured Assemblies if
cancelled after submittal approval and PO receipt may result in a prorated charge of no less
than 25% of order total being assessed. The deposit is non-refundable.
The final cost of cancellation will be determined by the stage of the
project, ie manufacturing cost, materials cost and other expenses already
